This Valentine’s Day, let love be celebrated through a menu designed to delight the senses and create lasting memories. Each course has been thoughtfully crafted to offer a balance of flavours.

Guests may begin with the Lemon Myrtle Calamari, delicately cooked and served with Target Beets, Pineapple Salsa, and a hint of Lemon for a fresh, vibrant start. For something richer, the Smoked Lamb Ribs arrive tender and aromatic, paired with Dill Yoghurt and Garlic Mayonnaise, offering indulgence in every bite.

Vegetarian diners can enjoy the Butternut Squash Arancini, crisp on the outside and served with smooth Butternut Purée, fragrant Sage, and Parmesan, a comforting introduction to the evening. Seafood lovers may choose the Skull Island King Prawns, presented with a Roasted Pepper Emulsion and Sourdough, letting the natural sweetness of the prawns take centre stage.

To elevate the experience further, freshly shucked Oysters are available as an add-on, by the half dozen or dozen, offering a classic touch of luxury.

For mains, the selection continues to impress. The Seared Barramundi is light yet sumptuous, accompanied by Broccolini, Crab, and Dill Mashed Potato. The Sous-Vide Chicken Breast is tender and flavorful, served with Crispy Kale and a rich Mushroom Sauce.

Steak lovers may opt for the 300g Porterhouse MBS 3 (NSW) with Chips and Mushroom Sauce, or elevate their evening further with a Full Blood Scotch Fillet MBS 9+, also served with chips and mushroom sauce. For a satisfying vegetarian main, the Gnocchi Arrabbiata combines Tomato, Chili, and Garlic in a bold, comforting dish. Additional sides, including Chips and a Green Salad, allow guests to tailor their meal to perfection.

The evening concludes with a selection of exquisite desserts. The Valentine’s special, The Cherry, features Black Forest Cream, Sponge, and Maraschino Cherry, available until sold out. For chocolate lovers, the Cocoa Pod pairs rich chocolate with Berries and Berry Ice Cream, while The Peach delivers a delicate ruby peach centre with Macadamia Praline and Peach Gel. For a playful finale, Assorted Bon Bons in Mango, Coconut, and Raspberry offer a sweet, bite-sized indulgence.
