Our Spaces

  • Conservatory

    A warm, light-filled private dining space ideal for smaller celebrations, long lunches, corporate meetings, seminars and client gatherings, with direct access to the terrace and Smart TV available for presentations.


    Capacity: Seated up to 35 | Cocktail up to 50


    Best for: Birthdays, family events, client lunches, small corporate groups

  • Terrace

    An inviting indoor-outdoor setting perfect for relaxed celebrations, casual gatherings and cocktail-style events, with flexibility for live music or a DJ setup.


    Capacity: Seated 30–40 | Cocktail up to 80


    Best for: Birthdays, baptisms, engagement lunches, cocktail events

  • Fireside

    Our largest space, ideal for larger celebrations, cocktail-style events and corporate functions. Fireside can also be reserved as a semi-private space, with the option to book half the area for more intimate gatherings.


    Capacity: Seated 80–120 | Cocktail up to 200


    Best for: Corporate events, large celebrations, end-of-year parties

Booking Your Event

To enquire, please email us your preferred date, guest numbers and event type, and our team will confirm availability and guide you through the next steps.

  • We will confirm availability and recommend the most suitable space and package.

  • Functions are generally booked in a 3-hour time block, with additional time available on request and subject to an extended booking fee.

  • There is no room hire fee for private room functions.

  • Secure your date with a 5% deposit, credited to your final bill.

  • Final details, including dietaries, layout and timings, are confirmed one week prior to the event.

  • The final invoice is payable in full one week prior to the event.

  • Any additional food or beverage charges incurred on the day will be finalised separately.

  • Sunday and public holiday bookings may incur a surcharge.

  • Cakeage may apply where relevant at $3 per person.

  • Security may be required for larger cocktail-style functions.

  • Our minimum spend is based on your chosen menu package, with 2-course and 3-course set menu options available depending on your event.

  • Functions are typically allocated a 3-hour booking period. Should you require additional time, our team will be happy to advise what may be possible based on the day and availability.

  • Yes — a 5% deposit is required to secure your booking. This amount is credited toward your final account.

  • Final guest numbers and dietary requirements are required one week prior to your event.

  • Your final invoice is payable in full one week prior to the event.

  • Yes — we can accommodate a range of dietary requirements. We ask that all dietary needs are provided when final numbers are confirmed so our team can prepare accordingly.

  • You are welcome to style the space to suit your event. Please note that balloons are not permitted outside the venue and any balloons brought inside must be securely weighted and covered. Candles and open flames are also not permitted due to safety regulations. Battery-operated alternatives are recommended

  • Yes — Basq offers ample parking for function guests, providing a convenient and hassle-free arrival experience
